Court rules

The short list.

A handful of simple rules so the barn stays a great place to play for everyone.

    Court-appropriate footwear

    Non-marking indoor shoes only, please — no street shoes, no cleats.

    Respect your reservation

    Please arrive on time. If you're running late, you keep the remaining slot; the next reservation starts on the hour.

    Clean up after yourself

    Take your bottles, tape, and gear with you. Recycling bins are by the door.

  4. 4

    Play at your level

    Be considerate on the courts — call your own lines, keep score honestly, and welcome new players.

  5. 5

    No outside coaching for pay

    Professional instruction requires prior approval — reach out and we'll get you set up.

  6. 6

    Kids are welcome

    Players under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

    Food & drink

    Water only on the courts. Snacks and other drinks are welcome in the lounge area.

    Cancellation policy

    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable.
